Weekly challenge: Get organised! This week try to plan tomorrow’s meal the night before.
Day ten: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have? breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. there are so many choices for me to eat. sometimes i have cereal and fruit. sometimes i just have eggs (hardboiled-scrambled). i eat a lot of fruit so that’s always a part of my breakfast.
Day eleven: What are your family’s eating habits like? my family tries to eat healthy with me. when we are all on a health kick, our house is filled with fruits and salad goodies. they don’t really make it hard to me to go off track. that’s where my friends come in.
wasn’t going to go to the gym today but i went on tumblr and got inspired. off to the gym for a beautiful workout with my mommy. you should do the same!!
